Project overview

CSG developed an existing brochure website but wanted to develop their site to a fully integrated e-Commerce store to sell their bikes with custom content management. They approached ProspectSoft with a specification and design brief.

The Key Requirements for the site were:

  • A content management system, which allows staff to quickly and easily make changes to the website.
  • A bespoke shopping basket and wish-list that customers can easily use.
  • Integration with their existing systems and processes, to eliminate time-consuming re-keying between systems.
  • The ability to create and manage user accounts.
  • Full back office reporting and integration with ProspectSoft CRM.
  • Credit accounts, credit card, PayPal and other payment options supported.
  • Full Product, Stock, Account, Special Pricing and Sales Order Processing features
  • Online access to order history and status.
