e-Commerce Self Service builds upon the basic E-Commerce features to create a unique 'My Site' solution. 'My Site' solutions are ideal for forging strong online Business to Business relationships, and allow customers to manage their own purchasing requirements and rules.

Self service allows large customers to centrally manage their buying, while outsourcing administration and management to your e-Commerce site. This allows customers to:
- Organise their own site within your e-Commerce store; selecting their own products and organising them into their own categories (My Store groups)
- Set up cost centres and assign spend limits to individual users
- Only allow users to purchase products from a My Store group, for example products that meet their required health and safety standards
- Manage users' authority levels, for example some users may be able to build a shopping cart but not to confirm the order
