LTT Vending are an existing ProspectSoft CRM customer, and use ProspectSoft CRM to run their business integrated with their Pegasus Opera accounting solution.
For over 50 years LTT Vending have been providing a refreshment service to the public and private sector throughout the UK. As an appointed Mars Drinks Preferred Partner, LTT needed a system which allows both new and existing customers to buy refills for the FLAVIA drinks machines.
The key requirements for the site were:
- The ability to up/cross sell additional products to existing customers online
- Facility management for some of the larger customers managing and reporting centrally on orders from multiple client locations
- Managing machine sales, sales enquiries as well as stock sales
- Providing customers with an online customer services facility
- The ability for customers to see their account history and their order history online
- Integrated email marketing and website analytics
