Prospectsoft e-Commerce integrates 'out of the box' to IRIS Exchequer, Pegasus Opera, Access Dimensions and Sage line 50 however we can also integrate to other systems on a case by case basis using a vendor-supported toolkit.

Integration benefits
- Confirm orders from the website directly into the accounting system, eliminating time-consuming re-keying between systems.
- Provide customers with full and relevant accounts information, for example their credit limit, what products they bought in the past on and offline, how much they paid for a specific product, if they have any products on back order; all through a secure client portal where users must login to access sensitive or private information.
- Use previous sales history information to cross-sell/up-sell additional products
- Take product pricing from the accounts system allowing customers or groups to use their own specific pricing levels, volume or loyalty discounts.
- Display stock availability. ProspectSoft e-Commerce allows you to display stock levels online; whether you wish to display a figure or simply 'In stock, Low stock, Out of stock', and even display when stock will become available through information in the accounts system.
